Information and purposes

Inquiry emails contain the sender address and information you choose to provide. They are used to verify public records, respond to inquiries and handle correction or privacy requests. Your email address and private message are not published as facility evidence.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is blocked until you grant consent. If allowed, it measures page views, referrers and browser/device information and uses _ga cookies. Cookie expiry is set to 90 days. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled. You can reject analytics without losing access and withdraw consent in the footer; withdrawal disables collection and removes accessible _ga cookies.

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser. Administrator sign-in uses a separate authentication cookie. Hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare, which processes request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is kept for the time needed to investigate and respond, then unnecessary personal information is removed. To request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, contact the operator using the contact page and identify the message concerned. We verify the request before responding.
